We provide event-triggered monitoring. That means our operators only review CCTV footage when an integrated device (anti-tailgate alarm, panic alarm, fire door activation, remote patrol finding, etc.) generates an alert. We then verify the incident and follow your escalation procedure. This avoids the high cost of live monitoring while still providing professional response when it matters most.

Any integrated monitoring device or system can trigger an event, including:

• Suspicious activity alerts

• Scheduled remote patrol findings (e.g., door left open, occupancy anomaly)

Once triggered, our operators immediately review the associated CCTV footage to verify what happened.
